Polyamory is becoming quite popular and common, as people become more liberated. But are we becoming more liberated? Or are we just becoming what Aldous Huxley predicted, emotionless and drugged with pleasure so that we remain passive. Are the bonds experienced in marriage and monogamy necessary for a sane society? Will we lose critical thinking if we abandon all virtues and focus of the future? I’m not convinced we are becoming liberated, and I worry that we are in fact becoming enslaved. But thank you for sharing.
