France vs. the USA For Health Care

Many Americans are adamant that a socialized health care system in the USA is impossible, and it is very common to hear the argument that foreign countries who subscribe to such socialist systems leave many patients in dire circumstances.

To confirm this argument, a member of a Facebook group for American expats who are currently living in France, asked one simple question:
