I don’t think that’s accurate at all. First of all, having a website is only part of having access to the internet. One of the most glaring restrictions is access to credit and suppliers. Having access to the internet makes it possible to access a number of resources for credit, access funding pages such as Kickstarter and GoFundMe, access to lower-cost materials or other needed goods, etc… If it’s a customer-facing business, then it’s almost required to be on Google Maps. If you aren’t on google maps, then to many, you simply don’t exist.
5G allows people who currently do not have access to fiber optics, to access to the internet via the cellular network, and at a speed comparable to fiber optics.
